Joseph, aka “JoJo”, previously participated on AGT as part of the trio Resound, which reached the quarterfinal stage in Season 15. He teamed up with his niece Bri’Anna, aka “Bri”, who went viral for a video of her performing a Jackson 5 cover and appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Bri’Anna is also member of fellow Season 17 act Acapop!, she joined the group in 2020.
Jojo and Bri’s audition in Episode 1702 consisted of singing “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”. All 4 judges voted “Yes”, sending them to the next round.
